The Dream:

What an honor it has been for us to work with Chad and Jenni Greenway on multiple custom home projects. Their previous L. Cramer home was one they loved—with one exception we couldn’t remedy—it was a mile or so short of being on Lake Minnetonka. When they found the perfect lot with ample Wayzata Bay Lake shore, we got to work to build the farmhouse chic, white shingle-style, casual, and generously spaced home to accommodate their active, energetic family.

Accommodating a large family on a signature Lake Minnetonka site requires a careful architectural sensitivity.

In collaboration with Murphy & Co, we worked to ensure this classic white traditional home nestled comfortably into its setting. Our savvy clients, having been through custom construction with us before, brought their sophisticated design style to the table, making it a joy to punctuate a white palette with color pops, hand in hand with the seasoned expertise of O’Hara Interiors.
